Criminal Sex Offenses

Any sexual offense prohibited by Wisconsin laws is a criminal offense subject to felony or misdemeanor charges and penalties including fines, imprisonment, or both. Additionally, people convicted of a sexual assault crime are often ordered into probation or lifetime supervision and to register as a sex offender.

Wisconsin Sexual Offense Laws

Wisconsin laws include a broad range of misdemeanor and felony charges (see sex crimes below).
